I welcome you to my new endeavor, Spoke with Shanea, a place to unleash the power of words and connect to things that speak to you. Sharing intimate thoughts is often scary but there is a power in opening up and using your words to honor, reflect and process an experience. I look forward to sharing my writing with you here and hosting Spoke with Shanea events where we can gather and share our experiences through words.
